I am having a problem with call forwarding to external long distance number. It works with a local number but not a 10 digit number. I can dial it fine from the phone and also dial it from the speed dial, just not when forwarded to the system speed dial. Any ideas?

Try reprogramming the system speed dial with this prefix A*#9 and include a 1 in front of the area code. ON/OFF,PROG,AUTO,[000-799],AUTO,*,#,9,1,area code,phone number,HOLD.
Is there any way to do this with a DBS40/72/96 with AII 9.0 Rev? Need to forward a call to an ext to an outside cell number and also have an issue with not being able to insert a pause for a LD code. The main problem is I don't know how to add a SPD dial to the FF3 call forwarding for this station. I can't seem to get it to stick. Local forwarding does not have a 723 capability and I can't find anything in programing to activate it. Please Help!
