Hello Everyone,

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on how I would go about shutting off the auto attendant feature of a TVS50 voice mail system integrated with a KX-TA624. Currently all calls are answered by the auto attendant & the customers wants the calls to ring directly in to the phones.
Busyfonman posted something similar back in '08, but with a slightly different system.

I'm new to programming phone systems but technically adept.
Little help?

Just change the incoming call from ringing to voicemail to normal in co mode. Don't have program code off hand but is in the lower 400 range and in 408 set phones to ring

Thanks OBT; I'll give that a try tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
