I have a customer with a 1232. They want to have a phone with no access to outgoing lines. But they still need to be able to dial 911 in case of emergency. Not too familiar with Panasonic's as of yet. Is it possible to get this done?

In a 1232 COS 6 or 7 restricts it, and the override dialing resides somewhere in the 300's like maybe 309 or 310. 911 is always put there by default.
