This is what happened on a few calls. I'm not sure what is causing this.
I heard a series of 4 beeps or so, 5 or six times in succession, and then the call went dead. So in other words, I heard beep-beep-beep-beep then open air for a few seconds, then beep-beep-beep-beep then open air for a few seconds, etc. and this happened about 5 or 6 times then the phone call went dead.

Don't you think you should tell us what system you have what kind of trunks are on it?

Was someone talking when this happened? About how long did the call last before the beeps?

Under group > trunk Group > trg settings change the CO-CO duration time to none and the same for extension-co duration time.

Well caught Bopper, I would have over looked that because the extension to co timer should not affect a call unless someone enabled extension to co duration limit, in system>class of service> co and smdr tab? someone must have being messing with the settings before hand
