I can't get the Call Forwarding to forward to a customers cell phone. When I hit 720/721/722/724 I input Auto and the SSD but it does not accept the forwarding information. I can forward to another extension but not to another phone number. I am aware of the 723 but these systems don't have that 723 feature. I believe only the DBS 576 allows 723.
I don't think I can do it but under ff3 programing there is a place for call forwarding as well that says (EXT/SPD) but I can't figure out how to input a speed dial there as well. Man it would be great if I had the answer. I know a lot about these systems but this one is just simply imposable to figure out even with the manual. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok I got the forwarding going but it does not call out it is calling either a station or group. The was TRS and LCR programing on this system that is not being used anymore. Could this be the problem and where can I override or delete the setting that would keep this fowarding from working? Anyone?
