The twist-free adapters commonly available for handset cords are too short to fit or connect into the newer DT-series telephones. Anyone have a source for these devices that DOES work with these telephone stations?

I'm with Skip. Some of the devices hold up well for 6 months, but they ALL create problems eventually.

You guys are both correct. It's not our policy to install them. However, the past few customers have tried the commonly available devices on their own (from office supply stores) and the connection shafts are about 1/8 too short for the new Panasonic phones. We get the complaints.

in which case I tell the customer , those things are just fine for your home phone , they aren't a good idea in a business situation and they aren't made to fit business phones
