Customer has several old messages and only wants to delete 1 of them. After listening to the old message she wants to delete she follows the voice prompts and presses 3 to delete the message. Only all of the old messages get deleted instead of just the one she wants. I looked at the user guide and from the way it reads, it appears to me that only the specified message should be the one to get deleted. Have I missed something?

You have to delete each message one by one dont think it is possible what customer is saying!
