I'm wandering if anyone could point me in the right direction to enable the caller id on the CO's. I have everything else programmed, but not caller id. I have 2 feature packs installed, (vb-42410 feature pack A), and (vb-42412 feature pack C)

Thanks

I didn't see any spare slots, for any more modules to plug, internally. From my understanding the person I got the system from, said the caller id did function, I blanked the system, because he has some strange things programmed. I have everything else working, except the caller id, and looking at the manual, it makes no mention of it.

Thanks

Hey was just reading the book for you dont think dbs 308/616 ever supported caller id too bad you dumped the system before testing that feature that would have been a deal breaker if it didn't work

It wouldn't have been a deal breaker if it didn't have caller-id, the old system it's replacing didn't have CID either. It was an old nec electra proII system, where the power supply blew. I know that feature pack A, is for extended display where it shows the name of the extension, and the extension #, and feature pack C is for caller id.

No mention of caller id ! Call John Almont @ Communicator tel 8007771036 he can tell you in 2 secs if its supported or not
Description:
FEATURE PACK C
When Feature Package C is installed on the Main Unit you can transfer trunk-to-trunk, activate DISA (VAU required), and do remote programming with a modem. You must use Feature Package A with this Feature Package.
