I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem before. Customer has a TDA100 with PRI.When an ext is fwd to a cell phone, a telco message is heard " the number you have reached is not in service". When the fwd is taken off and the DID is dialed it rings in no problem. The fwd method used is int. *71029 and phone number plus #. I have looked at all the settings and it appears to be setup right. The customer recently switched carriers. The forwarding worked fine before, and no programming has been changed. Any input would help.. Thanks
