Can the tda-100 be set up as a key system not a pbx mode- also the caller id card was installed but no caller id showing up - yes it is set up tru the telco lines but do you turn it on or off in the co settings of the switch?

You can program it any way you want. If you have 12 lines just put all 12 lines on all sets and it's a square Key System. CID must be turned on in the card settings with console.

Go to CONFIGURATION/SLOT, Place pointer over the CO card in question, right click and select Card properties. Card option will tell if it sees the CID daughter board. The other CID stuff is usually default to on, is under that.
