i want to put calls on hold then transfer. whats the easy way to do this? thanks

Press hold, then call the intercom number of the user to whom you wish to transfer, then tell him what line the call is holding on. Or, press the Transfer key (automatically placing the call on hold) then the extensions number, then wait for an answer or hang up
