Customer with old panasonic 1232 with strange problem, can hear dial tone and dtmf,but when call answers no audi. both internal and external, tried differnt phone,test at pbx same issue, did not reset pbx yet because they were very busy, have three differnt ports doing this on differnt cards? battery is shot so when I reset we will need to reprogram.
any ideas, thinking they got their money out of this oldy but goldy.
