I also have a tva 200 attached to this tde 100 and when they press1 from the AA it rings icd group 611 but when it times out it never goes to a recorded mail box i even built up a 611 mail box thinking that would work but can some one please help me?

Set the overflow no answer destnation of ICD group 611 to the pilot number of the TVA.

If you made a mailbox in 611, did you record a greeting? The last "no one is available" recording came from extensions that don't exist, either from a mailbox with no greeting or one that really isn't there. Your trace should show "guidance". Try calling a working extension with CF set and look at the difference in your trace.
