I'm stumped!! Let's see if I can explain....... Incoming calls are answered by AA, and distributed via customer selection. That all works well. The problem lies with the voicemail. If call is transfered by the AA and extension does not pickup, VM picks up like it's supposed to. If caller dials the operator and the operator transfers the call the VM does not pickup. Clear as mud? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Easy enough. You need 2 settings. On the VM, change FX to FXD. On the phone system at each extension intercom, dial 7104 165 #. That sets the forward/no answer to the voice mail. There is also a direct transfer to VM command that uses a button. It saves the transfer step.
