Customer has asked for 2 cordless phones for the house system. This is a new customer that has just came our way and we have done little with the Panasonic line. Reading seems like there are several options from wireless to proprietary cordless to any analog set into the XDP ports.
My question is what works best for a customer?
Seems like wireless is costly and would require a few Cell Stations (CS) and a couple other pieces of hardware not to mention more programming this option. I'm liking the 7685 and 7896 models of cordless handsets and feel that this might be the best choice.
If you wouldn't mind giving me a short soapbox speech on your views of what you might do with this situation/opportunity.

The only cordless that Pana still makes that will work on the 1232 is the 7896. Those cordless are attached to one base, they do not run off cell sites.
The 7685 and all 76xx cordless models only work on current Pana pbx's.

I would either sell them EnGenius or supply the analog ports and programing and let them buy their own cordless phone at the big box
