Hello,
I have the programming software and I am a certified dealer but it has been sometime since I have had to program and panasonic.
Where in the programming do I add a "CO" line/incoming line?

If you have already installed the line on a LCOT card go to CO & incoming call and DIL it to where ever you want. Make sure the trunk port is in service.
