Hi Guys, I have a new customer who has a Panasonic KX-TA624. I have never programmed one! I primarily work on Samsung and NEC. I added a 3X8 card for him because he is running a separate business on line #4. His first business is using lines 1-3. I installed the new CO line and the calls came in just fine....but they get answered by his TVA50 with the other bussiness' message. Also, he cannot make a call from that new line, says it gives an error tone of some sort. Can anyone help me out?

Hi ktxvet - I got into programming today with a downloaded programming list as a guide. The terminology seems a bit different than my other brands. I just kind of poked around without a layout. I did change the ringing pattern (423)but could not figure out how to make CO 4 not be picked up by the first business' VM message. The VM is on jack #7 and answers all lines right now. I would also love to get CO 4 to have it's own message on the TVA50 if possible. Thanks!!

look under flexible day ringing assignments or ring mode the latter trumps settings in the former you will see a 107 or 165 change that entry to what ever ext/s that need to ring on the new line!!
