is there a way to clear an alarm with a telephone? I had a bad power supply and replace it, phones work but still have an alarm llite. don't have my laptop or maintenance council

no, you need a laptop, the alarm light comes on very easy and does not make ant difference if on.
have you remote access to the system

no I don't have remote acc ess, but I had thought of that also. I am currently taking the certification exam, hopefully I will be able to pass the exam so I can download the maintenance councel.

BTW. I replace the power supply and now everything works. the alarm light is still on but I can remedy that when I get the maintenance council.
