Hello all. I recently installed a TDE100 connected to a TVA 50 (4 port) My issue is this:
When the call comes in it is answered by the auto attendant using custom service. The caller then dials their extension of choice. (e.g. 205). The system is set so the caller hears ringing. The physical extension rings on the desk. The call is not answered and the desk set stops ringing as if the call forwarded to voice mail. The only thing is, the outside caller continues to hear the ringback (even though the physical desk phone is not ringing) for what seems like forever, eventually going to the proper mailbox.
I have played with call forward timers and anything else I could think of.
Did I mention that it sometimes works properly??

If you call the voice mail from a few extensions does it answer all the time Have you set the voice mail ports in card port extensions in the correct order as connected to the vm Have you installed second card in vm in slot 2
