I have a customer who uses the call forwarding feature of the KX-TA824 to forward all sales calls to a cell phone. Typically the call comes in on CO1, 2 or 3 and dials out for the call forward on CO 4 (fax line).
Almost all calls have significant loss of volume where you can barely hear the call on the cell phone.
We tried forwarding to other cell phones, problem remains, can't find anywhere where there is a setting for volume adjustment for this. Any help would be appreciated.

How does it sound when call forwarded to a land line? :shrug:

Another thouht....what if it is internet/cable dialtone? More lose than with true land line.

OK, finally had time to stop back by and do some checking.
All lines coming in, co1,2,3 and 4 are all qwest pots lines.
I switched the forwarding to a land line (our office phone) and volume was consistent with our normal incoming calls, no apparent loss of volume.

If needed I will tell customer to not forward and let calls go to voicemail, salesman would then just have to call in and get messages.

I appreciate the help, if you have thoughts please let me know.
