I have a Kxta 824 with Tva50 voicemail and I want a caller after hours to dial 3 and get a custom service menu with directions, hours, fax, etc. When I try to put a custom service number in the dial action table I get an error message that says invalid custom service number. I can record on the CS number, but cannot define it in dial action table. Any idea why it has an option in the drop down menu but will not let me use it. Thanks

Drag and drop that menu first on custom service area then you will be able to define it!!
