I currently have a 400 switch, and I am wondering if I purchase a T1 card and install it on my 400 Switch will I be able to network between 2 switches (other switck is not Telrad)? The other will have an E1 card installed. Our company has a frame relay from Chicago to Germany where we would put 2 routers on both ends.

No you need a Telrad switch at both ends. The only other possibility would be to set up DID from your T1 to go both ways. For the answer to that you should get with Barry in the T1 category. Good luck dtmf
