I need to institute a 911 Help Desk extension which will appear and ring on three different phones. What's the best way to accomplish? I work with a Digital Key/128. The phones are all digitals with at least available programmable keys.

Thanks

Do you have voice mail answering calls or does a operator answer or do you have DID?
I need to know what your scenario is.

I have DID; I have VoiceMail (ImaGen); no dedicated Attendant (Human).

Are they calling a DID to get to 911? If so just put the three ext. in a hunt group with the owner of the DID as the first ext.

Yes, 911 is a DID. I currently have it programmed with an answer point on another DID station. The boss wants 911 to appear and ring simultaneously on three different DIDs. Nortern Telecom's equivalent was the SCR appearance as opposed to the SCN. I could line up three, or four lines to ring on a given station. Is MDN the equivalent with Telrad?

By the Way,
Thanks for all of your help, I really appreciate the dedication.

Yes it is, have them in the same MDN group.
