After my foray into time travel with setting the switch's clock up an hour, I notice that my Imagen Voice Mail has stopped listening to all of the digits dialed when someone tries to access an extension from the main menu. My boss's voice greets folks and lets them know that they can dial the three digit extension if they know it. When a caller dials three digits the switch is only listening to the last digit dialed and then transfering the call to that single-digit destination. It makes the VoiceMail system easier to maintain, but sorting messages is a pain in the tele.
Any help will be appreciated.

Well you can't have it both ways, usually the single digits are used for departments. If you want it to go sriaght to a person you should have the caller dial 1 plus the ext. or use DID if you have it on your system. I hope this makes sence.
