I am new to the Telrad Digital Key DX 76-110-0000 system. It is a hand me down with no manuals of any kind. I have a Executive station model number 79-100-0000/3. The display keeps coming up with Out of Sync. I have purchased a replacement but I don't know what it is asking for when it displays REQ:EX1(2X24)SAP.

REQ:EX1(2X24)SAP. Means that you have the wrong type phone plugged into that port.
If (Out of Sync) comes on and stays on then that means that you have a wiring issue.
You program these systems with a laptop/PC but you will need the sofware and cable to do this.
You will find the software ver. on the module attached to the MPD card.
