I am tying to locate an avenue for training on the telrad family of phone systems. Can anyone point Me to any sources? We (my company ) are not authorized dealers and most likely would not qualify to become one, as we are in a small market. Thank you for any help you can provide.

You can always contact Telrad and see if you can go to school, but you would have to become a dealer, otherwise I suggest getting a set of manuals and start reading and playing with a system, they are all basically the same with different sizes and features depending on the ver. they are. You may also see if you can get a tech to train you if you can find one locally and who is willing to help you.
