Hi, folks. New here. I just inherited a Synopsys system, no voice mail, looks like 4 lines originally, about 8 extensions. I'm setting up an office for a small business we're trying to get going, and the phone system was in the office, along with 3 phones.

Questions is, anybody know where I can get the user manuals for this system?

When the phone guy (bellsouth) installed my new phone lines, he "cleaned up" the 66 blocks, leaving me with no patches to trace back. There's a wire coming from the system to one block, filling up the right side. I patched the phone lines in, and got 3 extensions to work, but there are about 8 extensions labeled on the block in total, 4 of them being on the left side of the block, but with no source wires patched or bridged. Any ideas?

Hard to say for sure maybe the other tail is cut down for CO's. Put a line on the white/blue and check a phone for dial tone
