We have the Imagen 5.5 system and we have 3 phones that are the Telrad Avanti phones. We have been unable to program the message monitor on the Telrad Avanti to stay on for at least 30 seconds like our other phones which are the Telrad Digital Executives. Is there a way to make the message monitor default to 30 seconds for every voicemail?

Your issue is a release 5 voicemail and a release 7 system.
You are going to notice that alot of things work sometimes and not others. Do yourself a favor upgrade the voicemail.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
