Does the 128 have separate treatment of fwd on busy vs. fwd no answer? I had a user state she tried calling extension 332 (who was on the phone) and it rang 4 times but went to 315's mailbox. The table shows 332's FNA and DND to be the VM. Any ideas?

After release 5 the Telrad system have 6 different forwarding choices.
CFno answ (Feat 36) 2 all 3 external 4 internal
CFbusy (Feat 32) 2 3 or 4
CFall (Feat 35) 2 3 or 4 sometimes called follow me as this is how you forward external.
My guess on this call the user making the call to 332 was internal. Ext 332 was cfna 4(internal) to 315. DND forward set in station programming comes into play only if the phone is in DND.

Where are these features set up, or does each user have to set the features from their phone? In other words, can't I just make a global template so that each new phone acts the same way?

If you have Release 7 or above the forwarding can be done in the PCP programmer. If not start walkin you have to do it from each phone.
