I added a card to an existing system that has either of two maps applied to most of the phones. Both maps include SP1, SP2, SP19, and SP20 in them for common VM functions. One of the new phones does not respond to any programmable key except the DN key, and does not forward to voice mail. I was forced to assign it as the first entry in Speed Table #2 because one was full. Is this the root of the problem?

what speed dial group is the phone in? what software level in the system? How many digits in the system speed dials (2 or 3) ie 20 or 200? What number does the system speed dials start 200, 300.

The software is 6.05, they use the default 3 digits, and start with 200. But the Map shows SP1, SP2, SP19, and SP20. These buttons work on the other sets to access features like voice mail, VM Trnsfr, etc. From what I recall, they are all in Group 1. All of the System speed bins are empty.
