Hello I have a Telrad Digital 128 SB 3.03H I am tring to figure out my dial in number to the system because I have a OCD card installed. Is there usernames and passwords I will need to know to access the phone system? OR should I just try to make a DB9 to RJ45 cable and plug it in and run it directly? Thanks Ryan
First you must be sure there is a modem on the OCD card for dialing in. Other wise you can only use direct.
In order to dial in for option 4 you will need to have someone trans you to the Modem DN and press enter when you hear the modem tone, or if the auto atten answers you can trans yourself to the DN and press enter when you hear the modem answer. If you have a number assigned to the modem DN use option 3. For direct use option 2, as far as passwords at default there is no password set. There is a back door password but we won't post it for security reasons.
You will need to know the file name for that system set up or you can make a new one and download the config.
Hope this helps

There is no default DN number it would have had to be set up in programming, 600 is used allot you may want to try it, other then that your guess is as good as ours.

Would you have a pin out of a direct cable for programming using option 2? Thanks Ryan There is no default DN number it would have had to be set up in programming, 600 is used allot you may want to try it, other then that your guess is as good as ours.[/QUOTE]
If he has any probs he is going to call, thanks though. By the way I may need to upgrade a 3 cab 400 to a 1000, I'll let you know, they are getting close to full. If so we will upgrade them to the newer ver. so I can play with the new e-manager. Been dying to try it.
