I have a Telrad digital key bx system with the following cards installed: 1-COL, 1-OCD, 1-SLD, 2-ELD, 1-HONS, 1-MPD, 1-T1. Can anyone tell me how many regular incoming telephone lines this setup will handle (not including the T1 card). I want to install 16 POTS lines, do I have enough capacity?

Is it a 128 or a 400? Look a the orange tab on the MPD card. If it just says MPD then its a 128, if it says MPD400 then, of course, its a 400.
The COL card will give you 8 Analog CO lines. The MPD in a 128 will give you 4 more. The MPD400 does NOT provide for Analog CO line connectivity.
Your system is configured for the following:
8 Analog CO Lines (400 MPD) or 12 Analog CO Lines (128 MPD) 24 Digital Trunks (T-1 Card) 32 digital stations (16 per ELD) 16 Analog stations (8 per SLD and 8 per HONS) The OCD card is an option card that will perform different functions depending on which modules are attached to it.
Hope this helps. If you need more detailed information, contact SSPhone, test-OK, or DTMF. They're the Telrad gurus!!

The 128 will run 32 power ports per 6 slot cabinet.(max 3 cabinets) The 400 will run 96 per cabinet. (max 3 cabinets) I believe what uses a power port are assigned station's and trunks. ------------------ | Need a Telephone | Telephone Installers
