I am working on a telrad 128 6.05, that has one customer on a PRI and another with 5 CO lines for service. PRI will be moving out in a couple weeks, and No. 2 is just moving in. How do I set this up so that each respective customer uses only their lines for inbound and outbound traffic? I have all the cards I need.

Set up a different trunk group for the co lines and assign them to the stations that are staying and unassign the PRI groups from them. You will have to make up a new map for them.

Any advantage to setting the group of phones using CO's to Key instead of PBX, and is there a way to set ext. 300 as the "dial 0" operator for one, and set ext. 303 for the other group?

Do what dtmf said, then give tenants different COS, restrict access to lines by COS in Trunk Groups/Outgoing Restriction.

When you say "dial 0" do you mean outside callers thru VMS or inside stations?

The dial 0 can be done for both. in attendant settings put main ext for ten.1 in answer postion 1, main for second in answer postion 2, then in station attributes in att colum put att1 for tenant 1 att2 for tenant 2. make sure you set ivm tenant correctly for the trunks so they get the right voice mail.
