There's also a custom parameter that could help but you need sb7.36 or better. I don't know it off hand but if you have that verison or better let me know. Also post your version software if you could it will help us help you.

We will have to have the Den. tech check the software versions. He still thinks the problem is the Fso(Nortel)end. My local guy is going to bring in a new Nortel system an hook to one of the lines to rule out this end. I will get back when I have new information.
Thanks

Have you looked in the telrad voicemail at the dtmf recieve time, default is 70 try to bring down timer. this is the amount of time a dtmf digit has to be on to be valid. A warning if you set it to low certian voices can sound like digits and cause undesired effects.

Latest update. I had local tech bring in a new Nortel system and hook to our lines. He did this to prove it wasn't the Nortel side of the system. To his supprise the new system worked fine calling Den. I am now trying to convince the leasing/maint co to change the sys. They have been reluctant as we only have a problem calling one site that we know of. I'll let you know what happens from here. Thanks for your input.

Yes the first tech reverted the system back. We then got the leasing co to replace the system. Guess what, the new system does the same thing. The Nortel system the first tech tried was an older version than the current one or the one replaced. Something about the older style is copper and the newer style is fiber. I don't get it. These systems worked together for 3yrs with not problems and then this. Something changed, but what?
Still in a Catch 22
