We have a Telrad Digital Executive Set phone w/ displays and w/o displays. We would like to switch 2 phones around. When we plug them in to the jack, the phones intitialize to the correct extention, but the following display shows up: "Req: EX2 (8x23)SAP"
We have entered the extention followed by the #, but nothing happens.

That's because they are programmed to be a different type of set, you will have to go into programming and change the type for that port on your station card.
