We have an existing Telrad Digital Key BX System running version 6 of the software, we have just got a different system that his version 3 running on it. I would like to get them both on the same version. Who do you do that? Is it changing the memory module, or do you just upload the software? Next where would I find the upgrades?

Get with Sundance they can help you get the upgrade and chips for your cards. I assume you have the 6.10 to program them if they are different releases of 6. If not you can get a programming kit from myself or SS. Another thing to consider is what if any VMS you are using with the 3 may not work with 6. If it is working without any problems I would leave it alone.

Yes, that is what I was trying to figure out, because the older system that we are trying to add to the newer system has ImaGEN Voicemail System 4.0XJ, on the 3.05 software.

The MPD and Memory cartridge would have to be changed out for a upgrade. The cards and phones can be used in both systems but you may need chip upgrades on some of the cards as DTFM stated. 4.00J software is IVM not Imagen and will work on both systems just not have all of the same features as if you have a 6.01e Imagen. If you going to mess with doing any upgrades to either of these systems you owe it to your company to take it to the latest level E2E-2.06 was just released mid Feb. That like level 9. This opens a whole new relm of features and functions IP being just a start.
