Our receptionist cant hear a beep when she has another incoming call. Is there a setting I need to turn on in the Telrad system to enable this?

try turning off, the off hook ring too, Only have camp on tone on. ARe you in KEY mode or PBX Plus what's the version of the system. And is she the only one with the problem. If she is cancel CFNA and try again.
