Hey folks! I got the appgen working and did all the programming as mentioned in my other thread. When I call the phanton extension directly (internal)that I programmed it forwards correctly. When Appgen routes the call from the IVM I get 'that extension is not available'. Do I have to physically call forward a real ONS port rather than using a phantom ULD port?

Thanks

jrg

I got it going by using the old method of call forwarding a ons port.

It is good to go.

Congratulations on getting it working.

You can still use the ULD port if you run out of slt ports. Just plug up a phone to the ext and set the Call Forward All (FEAT 352)while the phone is live, and then remove the phone from the port. Then set opt 6 to unscreened in AppGen. Just a thought.
