Hi,
I've recently got the eManager and since then been one happy user.
I'd like to ask you for some help. Currently, if I place the call on hold, it will start ringing in about a minute and will be recalled to the attendant in about 3 min. Ringing during my second call is annoying and taking the call away is even more.
How can I make the call stay on hold indefinitely, until I decide to take it or else?
I'd like to be able to set it up on the per station basis.

what software level do you have? If you have software e2e-1 or below.
You can set hold time in system parameters/ system timers hold time. But this is system wide.

With a upgrade to e2e 2 you can set them by stations. Do you have a IPeX/MPD2?
If you do it is a software change if you still have MPD/ Memory Cartridge your going to need chips.

I believe I have an MPD. You mentioned that I might need the chips in our conversation couple weeks ago, we still didn't decide on it.
