Hi, I've recently got the eManager and since then been one happy user. I'd like to ask you for some help. Currently, if I place the call on hold, it will start ringing in about a minute and will be recalled to the attendant in about 3 min. Ringing during my second call is annoying and taking the call away is even more. How can I make the call stay on hold indefinitely, until I decide to take it or else? I'd like to be able to set it up on the per station basis.

I believe I have an MPD. You mentioned that I might need the chips in our conversation couple weeks ago, we still didn't decide on it.
