I have an IVM system with 4 port AVC card and 4.00J IVM software that is corrupt. Can someone please help me with getting a new image of this software or even better the 4.00K which I heard was the most stable release in that family.

Boy I just don't have anything for the old IVM, you may want to try SS perhaps he can be of help.

That's the highest you can go on the AVC card. But 4.00j works fine. You might want to re install the software if your having trouble. Just do an upgrade with the same software and it will keep all the MSG and Mailboxes. ------------------ Need cable or other voice/data hardware? Here's your link. Telephone Supplies

Hi All,
Recently our IVM lost its IVM/S subdirectory files, and we don't have the software to reinstall. Anyone (SS?) know where I can get a copy of those files in the IVM/S subdirectory or the install disks?
I believe we are running IVM version 5, at least the System Manual we got says IMAGEN release 5. Where on the PC do I look for the version that is running?
Also, the screen saver for the IVM PC says 0 active voice ports.... is that normal? It's just that after a storm our voice mail is not working as before...
