Anybody ever set this up? I'm trying to have it output smdr to the screen all the time and output to the printer once a week with the automatic print. Unfortunately, the damn thing prints EVERY call no matter what I program to the printer. Is this a known bug? I'm waiting on hold with tech support, but I don't wanna blow a token just because their tech alerts aren't available anymore. Thanks in advance.

heehee. Occasionally tech support rocks. No token spent, they answered the question in under 2 minutes and it works! In case anybody needs to know ever, the setting for "Online Device" should be set to none unless you want the printer to output every damn call made. Automatic printing still works normally as well as on the screen.
