Hello Lads
i have a ddi pointed at aa hunt group 555 with mailbox 240 this should go straight to mailbox 240 without ringing the phone ? but all im getting is the main greeting have also programed option 4 to go straight to mailbox 240 which works fine sys is 128 ver 7 with the bolt on snapmail on the mpd any ideas where im going wrong

If you got it working at all with ver seven your doing good. Here in the states the Snapmail is installed on the MPD2 with eca1.14 or above but a 2.07L upgrade with a 1.7 chip for the MPD2 has fixes for the lost or low volume DTMF. your right it was not ver 7 just old style mpd with 1.14 software but still does not work put on an ans machine for the moment
hi andy i know derek well now got some training from him very nice fella.
we dont do any work in uk just ireland ..
nice & small no matter where you are in ireland you can still go home at the end of the day..
