I have a customer w/LE64 on a 128 ver. 7.10 15 ph. The main greeting is very low volume, have re recorded using admin.and recorded at higher volume any other suggestions?

I recall there being an issue with a chip that needed replacing on the MPD card that caused this problem, SS would know more about it, perhaps he will chime in.

Yes I recall that also U45 or 49 chip but this vm has been running for 2 yr. nothing changed except people.

You kind of left that part out, is it only the main greeting that is having this problem? Have you tried a different port in the VM hunt group to access and record as you may have a port starting to go out.As a Telrad dealer have you contacted Telrad support?
