Got a call from a school that need some help quick today. They had two digital phones that wouldn't work, and their VM was down. We checked extensions--2106 & 2107. Both bridged on a 66m split pr block to each other. We pulled the phones and checked at the block--nothing came up on the block. We did a reset of the system---voice mail came up, phones blinked alot and then worked for awhile but then died. We don't really want to get very deep into Telrad --(this is the only one that I know of in the area). Are the two ports bad or is one bad and making the other not work? Should we look at replacing the ELD card? System has 4 cards---MPD818, OCD, ELD & a CHL. Thanks in advance.

Yes one set can kill them both, try one set at a time to see which one stays up. Also make sure the amp head didn't come loose from the card.
