Hey guys, me again.....

Here's the situation....

I've got an 8/18 /w 3.05c software running

I also have a TelradIVM 3.50 box /w an AVC card running auto-attendant features and voice mail.

I bought a DVC card (83-020-500) 2 9-pin ports like I have now that are going into the AMP header and data port of the OCD /w an MIM in there somewhere.

What do I need to do to make this DVC card work for me?

Do I just need new software? If so which specific Version and name of application would I need?

AND would the hardware/software in the 8/18 cabinet support this new DVC card?

Thanks again Guys!

You have to upgrade your cpu too. And if you uses 5.00/g you can uses it on sb3.05. But good luck on the computer side, You have to have that isa slot mother board and it has to work with the telrad dvc card. If you fine one let me know where you got it.

Finding a newer computer that has an isa slot won't be a big deal but you're saying If I find a copy of imaGEN 5.00/g it will work with sb3.05C with our OCD and MIM?

5.00/c I don't think it will work. But you can try it. The big problem your going to have is to get the mother board to see the card. I can send you 6.XX/X. But the dvc card needs a certain mother board to work.
