been having some issues with avanti phones , randomly locking up or dropping calls with system logged error messages of " MSG 120 DIAGNOSTIC RESOURCE WITHOUT SW 3 13 8 1
13:12 MAY 17,2006" anybody have a clue what this might be, I have pleanty of system resources left

The 3 13 is cabinet 3 card 13. 8 is the bus port 1. Is there a add on module on that phone? PCapp? Check the software level of the phone.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.

there are no add on modules or pc app, it is an avanti 3015 fd, st-ver is 50d2 and st-kern is 008a as seen in system maint, the uld card is new with the latest release software version (1.01 i think) system software is e2e3.10, I did have this exact error message go off before with another phone awhile back and the custome advised her phone display said "in maintainance", we never did find out what that was from , the problem just happend 2-3 times then just stopped, but telrad has never been able to tell me what "resources without sw" error message is, Thanks for any help you can give me
