When the emagen call screening functionality is enabled, if the user does not pick up the call the system prompt to enter a new extension or stay on the line to leave a message. If you stay on the line you here the message beep to leave a message, but the mb greeting is not played. Is ther any way to make the greeting play?

I tryed it on my system. I didn't get what you are saying. Are you talking about the the call screen on the phone or in the web broswer.
I have 10.3.11 e-magen on my system.

Welcome to the board. The LE64 has limited features and your 10.2 software needs a upgrade to as Tony listed 10.3.11.
