is it possibble to transfer from a script to the very top level as if it is a new call to allow the good mrning/afternon/night holiday and emergency greetings to play?

NO on the MSG number 100,101,102. I'll have to check on 111 and Emergency. You can't uses Hoilday MSG's on Scirpts (you have to uses the BRANCH).
I tested it today but I think once the script answers your stuck in that script, you can transfer to another script and say it all over again if you want, but I don't think you can get back to the begin.

I played with my system alittle bit. You can't get out of a script. Maybe someone else can.

I think this is something we can work around after you get the 10.3.11 upgrade. There are more options and the first thing that comes to mind is tenant service.
