Need some help in programming a Telrad 8/18 system and an emaGen Voicemail system.

I am able to update the emaGen Voicemail system via the web controller; however, the handsets do not update with the new information.

There is an RS232 connection between the emaGen Voicemail system and the Telrad 8/18 key system.

How do I update the changes to the handsets?

Is there some sort of commit changes thingy that needs to be done to the key system?

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. To program a Telrad you will need the PCP software and cables to connect to the system. You will need the PCP software that matches to system software. You can find your system software level on the label on the Memory Cartridge mounted on the MPD card. If you have 7.36 or above you can use the EManager windows based software. If you have a MPD2 or IPeX you would use the EManager also.
