I have a Telrad Digital 1000 with an Emagen voicemail. I would like to change from Music on Hold to Ring when a call is placed from the Attendant to any extension. If the MOH fails, I just get a dead air, and the callers are thinking that they call is not going through and are hanging up. Thanks in advance.

You can have up to 12 different MOH channels but didnt find any way to change to ring on transfer in Rel 7.

Ok..Thanks..Weird that you cannot do that, one would think that would be a default with MOH to be an option.
